...is aged between 16 and 70 years, ranges between being very slim to well-proportioned in build, varies from not being able to reach the second to the top shelf in a supermarket to having to duck when entering a room. Works in a variety of situations including: the council, healthcare, sales, catering, the building trade, home-making, teaching, the computer industry, is in full time education or is without paid employment. Has practical skills ranging from master craftsman to not knowing one end of a hammer to the other.

In other words a typical team member is YOU. By taking the time to read this you are demonstrating that you have the one essential requirement to join our team. You care. You care about injustice, the fact that people are dying through simple lack of basic healthcare, food and clean water. You care that through no fault of their own people live on the streets, in slums or by the edge of the sea with nothing to protect them from the elements other than plastic held up by four sticks. You care that children are growing up without their mothers or fathers seemingly abandoned by a world that could change things if it wanted to. Children not unlike our own, children who have hopes & dreams, who love to kick a football around, who simply need someone like you to care enough to want to try and change things.
